Environmental Storytelling


In the full game we want to tell most of our story through environmental storytelling. As we work in populating our first level we think of how we can show what Paradise 252-B is without outright saying it. We want our players to arrive to the conclusion that it's a deserted tourist planet without us outright saying it. 

So, in this gif we show a billboard with a hole for the sun to shine through, and when you align it you get to see the dead sun. We want a whole bunch of tid bits like this that visually explain our world.
